My name is Nonna Villanueva

I’m a CPA-qualified finance professional with over 22 years of experience in accounting and finance. After a successful career as a Financial Controller, I’ve transitioned to fully focus on building Leadership NV, a Melbourne-based consultancy delivering strategic financial leadership and remote team management to global businesses.

My expertise spans financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and process improvement—but my true strength lies in empowering finance teams to operate at their highest potential. I specialise in helping companies optimise their finance function, drive performance, and scale sustainably—no matter where their teams are located. I have more than 14 years of experience leading high-performing finance teams across Australia, the US, UK, Europe and Asia.
